We present our use of various reconstructive methods of head and neck defects over the last 24 months.  Our experience with local, regional and free tissue reconstruction is presented.  We aim to describe pearls and pitfalls in the management of complex reconstructive defects.  We will also discuss our protocols for monitoring and our experience with management of common complications.
