This is a prospective study to compare the clinical outcomes of facial fractures in relation to waiting times for operations.  Adverse clinical outcomes will be compared in relation to the duration from the time of injury to that of operation in facial fracture treatment. The difficulty of the operations will also be noted. We postulate that the more adverse long-term outcomes such a malocclusion and diplopia will increase with increased wait. This is an initial pilot study.
